At Sunbeam Academy, we believe that education is not just about letters and numbers — it’s about preparing children for life. That’s why we focus on teaching important life skills from an early age. Today, our youngest learners took part in a Good Touch & Bad Touch activity, designed to help them understand the basics of body safety in a gentle and age-appropriate way. 

Students from Sunbeam Samneghat, Sunbeam Sarainandan, Sunbeam Knowledge Park, and Sunbeam Durgakund participated in this interactive session. Using simple stories, role play, and visual cues, our teachers explained how to recognise safe and unsafe touches, and what to do if they ever feel uncomfortable. The friendly environment ensured that the children felt safe, engaged, and confident while learning.

Such activities are an important step towards raising children who are aware, confident, and able to protect themselves. By teaching these concepts early, we give our students the tools they need to communicate openly and seek help when needed.

We are proud of our little Sunbeamians for listening, learning, and taking this important lesson to heart. Together, we can raise a generation of children who are not just smart in academics, but also strong, safe, and self-aware.
